Yearly Event & Sequence Planner

Build a colour Content Library — start from the built-in Spektra+ presets or create your own, editing colours with the picker (swatch + hex). Then map the year in the Event Plan by simply choosing content from your library and setting the dates and on/off times. Everything is editable; use Print / Save as PDF (landscape) to issue it.

Presets — 143 built-in looks are available (international days, awareness colours, and AUS / UK / NZ / UAE / Fiji sports teams), taken straight from Spektra+. Limits: up to 144 sequences · up to 20 colours each · colours are 8-bit RGB (0–255 / hex).

2How to Activate

How the day's colour is switched on and off. The simplest, most common setup — and the one we recommend — is a single ON and OFF time each day, set once here for the whole schedule.

Time

One ON and one OFF time each day. Whatever content is scheduled for the day simply runs between these two times — nothing to set per event.

ON OFF

Input

An external photocell (PE cell) or timeclock switches the colour on and off — for example on at dusk, off at dawn. No times are set here; the wired input decides.

What input

Times — enter a fixed HH:MM or an astronomical event: Sunset / Sunrise with an optional ± offset (e.g. Sunset −00:30 = 30 minutes before sunset). A single daily ON/OFF keeps the whole year simple; per-event overrides are possible on the controller but rarely needed.

One row per occasion. Just pick the content from your library and set the date(s) — activation is handled once, above.
